  1. I think that it was better to create things as a "craftsman". I liked producing the car independently because I got all the credit.
I didn't have anyone that I had to be with that took all the credit or got all mad and sad.

  2. I worked on the factory. My job was to cut the white paper. I felt good because it wasn't hard. I only had one job to focus on.

  7. Producing the bookmark in the assembly line because you got to figure out ways to make your process go faster with better quality. Plus it ways cool to see how you worked in a group.

  9. I learned that when you're in a factory the process goes faster BUT when you're in a factory it looks kind of rushed. When you're a craftsmen,it's kind of slow BUT it looks neater than the factory.I would have liked being a craftsmen bacause I could do it independently and it would have been neater.

  12. I thought that working "on the line", their was alot of presure but their was even more presure on the person because everybody was telling them to go faster and criticizing them.

  15. It was a cool expirience making a World War 1 bookmark. It was fun when we were doing a factory like doing a job with more than one person and how it was faster. But I think it was more non - crazy when we did a "craftsman" because it went slower.I like how I did the glueing on the bookmark!!!!!!!!!

  18. I liked the factory better than craftsman because the factory was faster and not hard at all.For craftsman it was harder because you had to do it all by your self.

  20. I liked the craftsman better. The factory was good because it was faster and easier. But, it made me feel like I had to rush and it didn`t come out as good as the one that I did by myself. I would rather take my time and make my product look good.

It was SO fun!!! It was like being a real craftsman!!! It was harder than the assembly line and it took more time, but it looked alot neater! It was kind of like Ms.Welch making Beulah Bags!!!

  22. When we made our book marks i liked the craftsmen way because we could concentrate much moer and we made fewer mistakes even when we worked slower but working slower makes a better product and more people might buy it when it has fewer mistakes.

  25. when I was in the factory you couldn't remeasure the strips like you could if you were a craftsmen also when you were a craftsmen you could add details to the projects and you couldn't do that in the factories because you had one spicific job

  33. Division of labor was way easier than being a craftsman, because craftsmen took longer and division of labor was like an assembly line and each person had a job to do . Once everybody was done all they had to do was put the things together.

  34. WHEN I DID IT IT WAS SOOOOOOOO FUN AND AWSOME AT THE SAME TIME THEN WHEN WE MADE THEM WE TIMED TO SEE HOW LOND IT WAS SOOOOO UM THAT IS WHAT IT WAS LIKE AND I LOVED IT I WOULD LOVE TO DO IT AGAIN. I HOPE WE DO SOMETHING MORE HARDER SO WE CAN TRY IT OR GO TO A PLACE WHERE THEY HAVE THAT AND SEE WHAT IT IS LIKE IN REAL LIFE AT A WORKING PLACE!!!!!!!!!

  35. Although messier and stressfull, division of labor would be ideal for a factory. it gets the job done faster, or should i say, mass production! division of labor also builds trust.

  37. When we were a craftsman, the work had more quality and when we worked in an assembly line, it didn't have as much quality. When we were craftsmen, it took a long time and you wouldn't be able to mass produce. in an assembly line, it took a short amount of time and you could mass produce.

  48. Working together as a "divison of labor" was harder than being able to do it by yourself because no one is pushing you to do something, but it was alot faster if you did it with other people.
